Re-installation of Toyota K-Series Engine Distributor

    Distributor is the brain of an engine. Its function is to perfectly distribute the needed current to ignite during combustion process. It will perfectly do its function if it is perfectly tuned following the manufacturer’s recommended position or degrees. For Toyota 4K, 5K, and 7K, the recommended distributor position is 8 degrees before top dead center (BTDC).

    One of the challenges in tuning the distributor of an engine is on how to install the distributor back to its manifold.
